Salon Policy

On the day of your appointment
Please arrive on time to be sure to receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are significantly late, please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancelation and Missed Appointments
Should a cancelation or date change be necessary, we request a miniuim of 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will be charged at your stylists discretion.

Childern
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we request that any childern in the salon under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian.

Retail
All sales are final. Products may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
